This will be a run infused with the atmosphere of Kraków and the aroma of excellent coffee. After all, nothing kickstarts the morning quite like caffeine and a 5-kilometer run. Each participant will receive a thermal mug from our partner, Segafredo.
The triathlon weekend in Kraków will kick off with a fast-paced 5-kilometer race on Saturday, August 2 at 9:00. Runners will start from the Main Market Square and head down Grodzka Street toward Wawel. They will then circle the Royal Castle along the Vistula River, passing by the Wawel Dragon, and continue along the Czerwieński Boulevard and further on the Inflancki Boulevard, running alongside the river until the turnaround point near Hieronima Wietora Street.

The return route to the Main Market Square will be almost identical, with the exception that this time runners will pass the Castle via Bernardyńska Street. The finish line of the Good Morning Run is set at the Main Market Square.

The fastest runners are expected to reach the finish line around 9:15–9:20, but the awards ceremony will take place at 9:45 AM. Every participant who completes the run will receive a medal.

At the finish line, delicious coffee prepared by the race sponsor — Segafredo — will be waiting. Participants will be able to enjoy it in special mugs featuring the race logo.

Runners who placed their orders in advance will be able to start in original race shirts featuring the event logo.

There’s still time to sign up for the Good Morning Run. The number of spots is limited. No licenses or even professional running shoes are required to enjoy the race in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, right in the heart of Kraków’s historic center.
On the same day, also at Kraków’s Main Market Square, the Pho3nix IRONKIDS Kraków race will take place. Children aged 3 to 15 will compete on a course around the square, with distances adjusted to the age of the participants. The youngest will run approximately 250 meters, while the oldest will cover 1.5 kilometers. Registration is still open.

The main event of the weekend — IRONMAN 70.3 Kraków — will begin on Sunday, August 3 at 8:00 with the swim start at the Zakrzówek Lagoon. The winner is expected to cross the finish line around 11:30. The race will finish at the Main Market Square.
