Polish triathlon events under the IRONMAN banner are breaking records. Start packages for the races in Warsaw and the debuting IRONMAN 70.3 Kraków are already sold out. Registration is still open for the September events: Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań and Enea 5150 Poznań.

Over five thousand athletes will take part in this year’s IRONMAN-branded races in Warsaw and – for the first time – in Kraków. Most of them will compete in the main IRONMAN 70.3 distance. The rest will take on the challenge in relays and the Olympic distance.

These numbers clearly show that IRONMAN Poland is heading in the right direction. Triathletes from all over the world will once again come to Warsaw. The new race in Kraków has sparked great interest among the local Polish triathlon community, though it will also welcome several hundred international athletes. We’re in for some spectacular triathlon events!

Missed your chance to race in the triathlon? Run the 5K or join a relay team!

Although individual triathlon slots in Warsaw and Kraków are sold out, there are still opportunities to take part in the accompanying events.

To compete in a relay, you need to register a three-person team. One person will swim, another will cycle, and the third will run. In Warsaw, relay teams will race over the Olympic distance (1.5 – 40 – 10 km), while in Kraków the challenge will be slightly tougher, covering the IRONMAN 70.3 distance: 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike, and 21.1 km run.

Both cities will also host 5-kilometer side races. In Warsaw, this will be the nighttime Night Run Warsaw on Friday, June 6. Kraków, on the other hand, invites runners to the morning Good Morning Run Kraków on Saturday, August 2.

Season Finale in Poznań!

The last and only chance to race individually in an IRONMAN Poland event this season will be the September races: Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań and Enea 5150 Poznań. While there are still plenty of spots available, a clear upward trend is visible. Currently, twice as many triathletes have signed up compared to the same time last year.

In addition to its fast and flat course and a swim start located at Lake Kierskie – the birthplace of Polish triathlon over 40 years ago – Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Poznań is highly regarded by athletes for its excellent organization and convenient logistics surrounding the event. It has also been confirmed that this year’s race will offer qualifying slots for the 2026 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, which will take place in Nice, France.
